can someone kindly show me how to upload pix for id? try a few times it says no file received/ tks

Thanks for asking the question and testing the forum

1) Press once the icon with the camera and arrow and wait until a window appear on you computer to select the file.

2) Select the picture file in you computer

- the format of the picture has to be in JPEG ( .jpg or .jpeg file extension)
- the size of the picture has to be below 2 gigabytes (2GB)

3) Click on "open" and wait until the picture is uploaded to the server.
Once uploaded, a miniature of you picture will appear as well as its address in
the text area.
