The 25th of April 2015 the public "Tree For Life" planting session organized by the urban community of Shah Alam - Malaysia was held in section 26 on two road central reserves of respectively 0.54 and 0.97 ha each. The public has been invited to map the trees on pericopsis.org once high resolution map backgrounds will be available.

Last Sunday (2nd of May) we flew our model airplaine to photograph the planted trees. It was quite windy and we plan taking again pictures later. The photos were stitched together to make a large image that will be used as google map background on pericopsis.org as well as for recording tree position on mapping day.
